Survived by wife, Margaret Miles Holt, Nashville; daughter, Jean Collins, Nashville; sons, William Lee Holt, Chattanooga, TN, Randell Earl Holt, Franklin, TN, Robert Kennard Holt, Chattanooga, TN, Thomas Edwin Holt, Nashville; twelve grandchildren; one great grandchild. Remains are at Woodbine Funeral Home, 3620 Nolensville Road, where services will be conducted Friday afternoon, June 26, at 1 p.m. by Tom Tignor, Interment Spring Hill Cemetery.
