Bailey of Bon Aqua, TN; brother, Jack Edward Bailey of Oracle, Arizona; sister, Alice Knapp of Albuquerque, New Mexico. An employee of National Reference Laboratory as a supervisor. Ms. Bailey’s remains are in the care of Pettus-Owen & Wood, 4506 Charlotte Avenue, where services will be conducted 11 a.m., Friday, with Brother Bernard Tidwell officiating.
