Henry Carter, retired co-owner of Carter Drug Co. here, died yesterday morning at his home on Granny White Pike in Brentwood. The body is at Woodlawn funeral home. Funeral arrangements were incomplete last night. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mildred Rainey Carter; three daughters, Mrs. Wayne Walden, Foxboro, Mass., Mrs. Paul Isaac, Beaumont, Texas, and Miss Kay Carter Arlington, Texas; and a brother, Charles W. Carter, Nashville.

Henry Carter served as a Deacon at Otter Creek in the 1950s. He, his wife Mildred, and three daughters were integral to the early life of the Otter Creek congregation.
